Progeria has affected kids from around the world, one of them was a girl named Ashley Hegi from Alberta, Canada. Ashley passed away in 2009 due to the rapid aging caused by Progeria. However when she was 14 years old she made a video, which is now published on the Progeria Research Foundation website as well as YouTube. The video tells a bit about herself and then moves into her telling other kids with Progeria how to deal with some of the things that at first bothered her.
